Absolutely. After you've received service, you can leave a review on the business's public profile. Honest reviews help other homeowners make better decisions and help great businesses stand out.

Vault is a home document management tool. Store receipts, warranties, appliance manuals, and other home records in one place. The free tier includes a limited number of items with AI-powered receipt extraction. Upgrade to Vault ($29/mo) for unlimited storage, warranty tracking, and full AI extraction.

Sign up for a free account, then go to your dashboard and set up your business profile. Add your services, coverage area, photos, and credentials. Once saved, your business becomes discoverable in search results and category pages.

Pro is free and includes your listing, estimate requests, invoices, reviews, chat, and a business dashboard. Trusted ($49/mo) adds a verified badge, priority search placement, and priority support. Featured ($99/mo) puts you at the top of search results and on the homepage for maximum visibility.

Pro accounts have a small transaction fee on invoices paid through the platform. Trusted and Featured plans have reduced or zero transaction fees depending on current settings. You're never charged just for receiving leads or estimate requests.

Make sure your profile is complete with photos, service descriptions, and a clear coverage area. Upgrading to Trusted or Featured increases your visibility in search. Responding quickly to estimate requests also improves your standing with customers.

Yes. You can change your plan from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan features until the end of your billing period.

We are currently focused on Florida, starting with the Tampa Bay area. We're actively expanding to more regions. If you're outside our current coverage area, you can still create an account and we'll notify you when we launch near you.
